Docebo Consultant

Instinct is working with a global managed learning services provider, delivering L&D consulting and learning technology solutions to major enterprises worldwide. They are expanding their consultant network to support growing demand for Docebo implementation work across Europe.

We’re recruiting two profiles:

1. Technical Consultants

• Strong background in Docebo middleware and integrations
• Proven experience building and implementing integrations (not just configuration)
• Hands-on delivery experience on live implementation projects

2. Functional Consultants

• Hands-on platform configuration and administration
• Experience managing integrations on small-to-mid-sized projects
• Strong functional understanding of Docebo setup and rollout

We are looking for consultants across:

• France
• Germany
• UK
• Netherlands
• Italy

Essential requirements (all profiles):

• Docebo PRO Certification — required, not optional
• Demonstrable hands-on implementation project experience

For Technical Consultants:

• Proven experience building and configuring middleware/integrations within Docebo
• Track record of technical implementation on live client projects (not just internal/sandbox work)

For Configuration/Functional Consultants:

• Hands-on platform configuration and administration experience
• Experience managing integrations on small-to-mid-sized implementation projects
• Strong functional/business-side understanding of Docebo setup, rollout, and adoption
