Competitive day rate / Contract until the end of October 2026 Remote (Europe) Contract
Client Overview

Our client is an innovative EdTech organisation that partners with enterprise businesses across Europe to deliver high-quality digital skills and AI learning programmes. They specialise in creating bespoke learning experiences, adapting existing course content to meet the unique needs of individual organisations.

As demand continues to grow, they are looking to appoint 2 Learning Designers and 2 Senior Learning Designers to support the development of tailored AI learning programmes for a major enterprise client.

Role Overview

Working as part of a collaborative learning team, you’ll be responsible for adapting and designing engaging blended learning programmes based on existing content. Rather than creating standalone eLearning modules, you’ll tailor learning journeys to align with the client’s business context and learner needs.

The programmes focus on AI and digital productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Codex, ChatGPT and Claude, helping enterprise learners build practical workplace skills.

Senior Learning Designers will also provide quality assurance across the team, mentor other designers, and help maintain high standards throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and adapt blended learning programmes for enterprise clients
  • Create high-quality instructional content, storyboards and scripts
  • Tailor existing learning materials to meet specific client requirements
  • Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers and developers to deliver engaging learning experiences
  • Design learning around AI and digital productivity tools including Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Codex, ChatGPT and Claude
  • (Senior roles) Provide quality assurance, mentor Learning Designers and support delivery across the project
Essential Experience
  • Fluent German language skills (essential)
  • Previous experience designing blended learning programmes for enterprise organisations
  • Strong instructional design, scripting and content development experience
  • Experience creating learning around AI technologies and digital workplace tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams
  • Previous leadership, mentoring or QA experience for Senior Learning Designer positions
