Role

The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for translating client needs into creative learning journeys that leverage cutting-edge technology, microlearning content, and experiential design principles. This position is critical to maintaining their reputation as a trusted global learning partner and delivering solutions that excite, engage, and evolve with their clients’ needs.

You will work with a small team of learning professionals and work across the full end to end process from liaising with clients, understanding their needs, mapping out the project, using instructional design methodologies to create engaging and modern learning experiences, developing the content using a range of authoring tools and working with Learning Management Systems.

The person

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working across the full end to end process of learning design and development
• Be a creative thinker coming up with new ideas and “out of the box” solutions
• Be confident working in a client facing role ensuring you ask the right questions and understand the requirements before creating the right solution
• Interested in working with new technologies including AI tools
