Learning Designer – Introduction to AI in Business (Accountancy & Finance)

We’re working with a prestigious global professional body in the accountancy and finance space, seeking a specialist Learning Designer to take the lead on a brand-new “Introduction to AI in Business” module. This is a day rate contract role, for approximately 62–63 days of design work, as part of a wider 125-day learning programme. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how future finance professionals engage with AI technologies and apply them in real-world scenarios.

Key Objectives of the Module:

• Introduce learners to the fundamentals of AI in accountancy and finance.
• Explore key AI technologies and implications for the profession.
• Understand challenges around implementation of AI in business.
• Help learners identify and propose AI integration opportunities in finance functions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven end-to-end instructional design experience – from needs analysis to delivery.
• Strong background in accountancy and finance, with real-world contextual knowledge.
• Good understanding of AI and data science, particularly as applied in business/finance.
• Experience designing interactive and engaging digital learning – beyond static eLearning.
• Skilled with Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and multimedia development.
• Confident storyboarding, content structuring, and adapting based on learner needs.
