The Role
This is an opportunity to work with an incredibly reputable client of Instinct’s and one of the world’s top universities in it’s specialist sector. They’re looking for someone to join their team as soon as possible! The successful candidate will be working with academics and SMEs, and will focus on the full end-to-end design of learning courses.
This contract opportunity will start as soon as possible and span 3 months, on a full time basis.
They’re looking for someone who has…
- Strong Learning Design experience, ideally on postgraduate programmes.
- A University or OPM background, with experience delivering at scale (essential).
- Comfortability working within fast-paced project management processes.
- Skills in early-stage Learning Design, including end to end unit design, storyboarding and collaborating with academics.
- A proven ability to design highly interactive, asynchronous, and collaborative learning experiences.
- Confidence working with SMEs/academics across the full design cycle – ideation, creation, reviewing builds, and light QA
- The ability to Storyboard at pace (critical).
- The ability to work across projects and manage competing priorities
