The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a leading UK provider of professional training across mediums such as seminars, webinars, and on-demand courses designed to keep legal, financial, and business professionals up to date. They are looking for someone to join their team on a 6-month contract as a Learning Architect, to come in and revamp their learning pathways, make content pedagogically sound and lead the implementation of AI driven adaptive learning solutions.
Required Experience
- Good understanding of pedagogy, with the ability to apply it in digital and AI-enhanced learning environments
- Strong foundation designing end-to-end digital learning solutions courses
- Experience working within training organisations and/or professional services
- Proven experience redesigning and implementing structured learning pathways
- Demonstrated experience delivering personalised or adaptive learning solutions, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven approaches
