Role

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Learning Designer to bring structure, clarity and momentum to our clients learning initiatives. This role is all about being the glue that holds processes together, ensuring workflows run smoothly, pathways are effectively mapped and being hands-on when needed.

Person

The successful person will have:

• Senior Instructional Design experience
• Strong background in workflow mapping and process formalisation
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with practical delivery
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable working in global, collaborative environments
