Client

We’re supporting our high-profile client in their search for an experienced Training Analyst with strong DSAT expertise to support Training Solution programmes across the organisation.

This is a strategic analysis role focused on identifying new or changing training requirements, ensuring compliance, and supporting evidence-based training decisions within a regulated defence environment.

The Role

You will manage new or evolving training requirements arising from specification changes, policy updates, legislative shifts, or organisational restructure. Alongside this, you will consolidate and analyse evaluation data from training courses, producing recommendation reports to support.

This is a high-accountability role that requires confidence in working with senior stakeholders and in navigating structured defence training frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end DSAT-aligned Training Needs Analyses (TNA)
  • Identify performance gaps, role requirements, and appropriate training or non-training solutions
  • Engage SMEs and stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and consultations
  • Translate analysis outputs into clear requirements for DSAT Design & Development
  • Guide learning designers to ensure alignment with operational and regulatory requirements
  • Consolidate and interpret evaluation data
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation aligned to regulatory standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience conducting DSAT-compliant Training Needs Analysis
  • Strong understanding of Training Solutions environments
  • Active Security Clearance (SC) is essential
