Here at Instinct, we are working with a leading organisation rolling out a new account management system across its depots nationwide. They are looking for experienced Trainers to deliver engaging, hands-on training to depot teams across the UK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face training, enjoys travel, and can confidently engage an audience.

Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact system training rollout across a national depot network. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering engaging, hands-on training to ensure a smooth transition to a new account management system.

Skillset required:

• Collaborate with the Business Engagement and Trade Operational Systems teams to develop and deliver effective training plans.
• Conduct engaging and informative in-person and online training sessions.
• Provide on-site support at depots when required.
• Act as the go-to expert for training queries and ongoing support.
• Continuously refine and enhance training materials based on feedback and system updates.
