Here at Instinct, we’re delighted to be working with a market-leading Legal EdTech company headquartered in London and recognised for shaping the future of professional learning for legal practitioners. Having established a dominant position in the UK market, they are now embarking on an ambitious global expansion, with a strong focus on the US and Asia.

Their mission is to empower legal professionals with cutting-edge, compliant, and engaging learning experiences leveraging adaptive learning and deep industry expertise. They combine a commitment to regulatory and CPD excellence with an innovative, collaborative culture where product, technology, and commercial teams work to create meaningful impact.

This is a great opportunity to take on a pivotal, high-profile role at the heart of their growth strategy, helping to scale an already successful platform to reach and support legal professionals around the world.

Role

They are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Senior Product Manager to shape the product vision, lead an ambitious roadmap, and deliver innovative solutions for legal professionals worldwide.

You’ll be at the centre of product strategy and execution, adapting the platform for international markets while ensuring compliance with regional CPD requirements. Working closely with senior leadership, development, marketing, sales, and customer success, you’ll align teams around a shared vision and ensure seamless delivery.

Using your experience in EdTech, LegalTech, or B2B SaaS, you’ll champion user needs, apply emerging technologies like AI and adaptive learning, and guide the product team to create impactful, scalable solutions that meet both commercial goals and learner expectations.

Skillset required
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar, ideally in EdTech, LegalTech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset, able to define product vision, positioning, and subscription-based growth.
  • Deep understanding of learning technologies, including LMS, adaptive learning platforms, and AI-driven tools.
  • Experience launching and localising products for international markets, with knowledge of CPD and regulatory compliance in the UK, US, and Asia.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and comfortable engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven decision maker, skilled in defining KPIs, interpreting usage data, and optimising product performance.
  • Organised, delivery-focused, and experienced in agile product development.
  • Leadership experience, mentoring teams and fostering a high-performance, user-centred culture.
  • Passion for legal education, professional development, and leveraging technology to improve learning outcomes.
Rewards

This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the future of a leading Legal EdTech platform. You’ll work closely with senior leadership on a global expansion initiative, driving innovation and delivering solutions that make a real difference for legal professionals worldwide. The role comes with excellent visibility, opportunities to mentor a growing product team, and a competitive salary package.
