Senior Media Developer

Instinct are working with a highly reputable client who are looking for an experienced Media Developer to join them on a 12 month contract basis.

The Company

Working with one of our long-standing clients, this organisation works across a wide range of military and aerospace training focused projects. They create a variety of online and face to face learning and use modern learning techniques and technologies to ensure they provide the best solution possible. This includes an array of multimedia software to enhance the learning and ensure the learning is as engaging and creative as possible.

The Role

This position will involve working with the Media team as a senior member to Develop various assets to support the learning. You will manage and oversee tasks and be the first point of contact for the Media team and will work closely with multidisciplinary teams.

You will ensure all the media content is inclusive and learner centric as well as creating highly engaging content and multimedia pieces.

You will identify solutions and opportunities to enhance the media created within the team.

The Person

The successful candidate will:

• Have extensive experience within Media development
• Have previously worked at a senior level and confident to lead and oversee the team
• You will have worked with multiple teams and will have been the first point of contact
• Have great communication skills and confident liaising with and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret technical and non-technical information and apply it to visual media and interactions.
