The Role

The Quality Assurance Contractor will ensure the consistency, quality, and accuracy of learning content. This role involves copy editing, using rubrics and checklists to ensure adherence to technical and educational best practice, and conducting quality reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of learning content for quality and consistency.
• Copy-edit content for grammar, style, and formatting adherence.
• Use established rubrics and checklists to evaluate content against best practice.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for content improvements.
• Collaborate with content developers and subject matter experts to support implementation of quality improvements.
• Ensure all educational materials meet accessibility and usability standards.

• Create detailed feedback reports for each module evaluated.
• Assurance that all modules meet predefined quality standards.

The Person

The successful person must have

• Strong experience in quality assurance and content review processes.
• Exceptional copy-editing skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with using rubrics and checklists for educational content evaluation.
• Knowledge of educational standards and accessibility requirements.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively deliver feedback and collaborate with team members.
