Learning Designer (Level 6 Sigma)

Our client requires a contractor to join their team to assist in the creation of a new company-wide process management eLearning training package. Our client is rolling out a Level 6 Sigma process training to their staff and they require a Learning Designer to create an active learning journey in accordance to an SMEs brief.

We are working with a global Brewery that is making rapid advancements in its workforce skillset and improvement of its digital learning output. 

The Person

As well as having a vast experience as a Learning Designer, you will need the following:

• Wrote eLearning or blended courses for Level 6 Sigma
• Familiar with process and change management 
• Experience developing learning with authoring tools
• Beneficial to have a Level 6 Sigma belt
