Learning Designer / Developer

Instinct is excited to be partnering with a consultancy firm that provide training such as leadership, managerial, and onboarding, to organisations across various sectors.

Role

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with SMEs to create storyboards and scripts.
• Utilising your expertise with tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise to develop engaging digital learning modules.
• Using various tools within the Adobe Creative Suite to create multimedia assets such as videos and animations.
• Overseeing and coordinating the technical aspects of content development
• Liaising with external organisations to offer high-level learning solutions that match their requirements.

Person

The successful person will have:

• (MUST HAVE) A background in commercial organisations.
• Strong instructional design skills.
• Experience in digital learning content creation using both Articulate Storyline and Rise to develop engaging elearning modules.
• Experience creating multimedia assets such as videos, illustrations, and animations.
