Our client is offering a passionate, creative, and collaborative Instructional Designer the opportunity to join a training provider. Becoming the first UK based Instructional Designer, the ideal candidate will be tasked with designing innovative and engaging learning experiences.

About the role
As a Instructional Designer, the successful candidate will be working closely with Subject Matter Experts to scope out learning solutions and storyboard learning content for blended learning solutions.
About you
It is essential that you have:
- Proven experience working as an Instructional Designer (or equivalent job title)
- Track record of creating high quality learning experiences
- Excellent creative writing skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong understand of learning theories
- Experience designing instructor led learning
