This exciting opportunity is working with one of Instinct’s fantastic clients on a project supporting the Royal Navy. Offering innovative training design and delivery within the defence sector, this client truly has a passion and deep specialism within the world of military training.
Role
The role of a Courseware Designer is to create engaging training which would be compliant to the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT). You would be working across the full learning cycle, from initial engagement with SMEs, through to the design and development of blended training.
Due to the nature of this work, the successful candidate must be a permanent resident of the United Kingdom and either currently hold or be eligible to hold a Security Clearance.

Essential skills/experience for this role include:
- Competent in working across the whole process of instructional design.
- Experience using Articulate 360 is highly favourable
- MUST HAVE experience within the Defence System Approach to Training (DSAT)
- Resident of the UK with the ability to hold Security Clearance (SC)
- Strong ability to engage with SME’s
Desirable
- Experience working for or with the Royal Navy
- Experience developing digital learning material using Articulate Storyline/Rise

This contract offers the opportunity to work on an exciting project with a competitive daily rate Inside of IR35.
