Digital Learning Developer / Graphic Designer

We’re partnering with a well-known organisation in the hospitality industry, recognised for its commitment to employee development and digital innovation. With a focus on modernising its learning offering, the business is investing in high-quality digital content to support teams across the UK and beyond.

The role

This role combines digital learning development and graphic design, supporting the rebuild of existing eLearning content while also designing new modules from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will be confident using Articulate Rise alongside various plug-ins to maximise functionality and learner engagement. A strong eye for design is key, with the ability to produce clean, consistent graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for use within digital learning modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in Articulate Rise, with a portfolio of recent eLearning projects.
• Comfortable using plug-ins or third-party add-ons to expand Rise’s capabilities.
• Skilled in producing basic visual assets for learning content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experienced in creating digital learning for a corporate or customer-facing audience.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
