Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative Learning and Development initiative within a forward-thinking organisation. As a Digital Learning Developer, you’ll take charge of managing a cutting-edge Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring it delivers engaging and impactful learning solutions for a diverse workforce. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to design and develop innovative digital learning content, creating interactive and learner-focused materials that align with organisational goals.

Skillset required:

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) or Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a focus on creating engaging and impactful digital learning solutions.
• Skilled in designing and developing interactive digital learning materials, including eLearning courses, video tutorials, and multimedia modules, using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and approaches, with the ability to create learner-focused, high-quality training content tailored to diverse audiences.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to managing system configurations, user permissions, and training assignments to ensure a seamless user experience
