Here at Instinct, we’re proud to be partnering with a professional institute who design and deliver respected qualifications and training enabling teams to develop in their careers. They are now looking to modernising its learning offering and moving more of its programmes into digital formats.

Role

Our client is currently looking for a Instructional Designer to transform existing classroom, eBook and coursework content into engaging, high-quality eLearning. This is a brand-new role where you’ll shape how traditional materials evolve into modern digital learning experiences.

You’ll take ownership of scripting, storyboarding and developing modules (mainly in Articulate Rise), while collaborating closely with the Education team to deliver a consistent, learner-friendly digital experience.

Skillset required:
  • Strong instructional design experience (scripting, storyboarding, sequencing)
    • Confident using Articulate Rise(essential)
    • Ability to convert PDFs/textbooks into structured eLearning
    • Comfortable using AI tools for content refinement (e.g., Synthesia desirable)
    • Familiarity with LMS platforms (Totara used internally)
    • Strong writing, editing and content structuring skills
    • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
    • Strong communicator with effective stakeholder management
