Learning Design Lead

Instinct is partnering with a highly reputable digital learning agency to find a dynamic Learning Design Lead.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape, scope, and oversee the development of innovative learning solutions. In addition to being hands-on, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and guiding other members of the learning design team.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience mentoring or managing learning professionals
• Exceptional ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Experience working closely to build strong relationships with clients
• Expertise in scripting, storyboarding, and creating engaging learning content
• Provide creative input for proposals and tenders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective learning journeys
• Script and storyboard content in alignment with timelines and quality standards
• Support and mentor Learning Designers in drafting project documentation
• Must have worked within a Digital Learning agency covering multiple projects and sectors
