We are working with a UK membership body at the forefront of shaping the future of their specialist field, driving excellence through industry standards, certifications, and the accreditation of cutting edge academic programmes.

They are seeking a dynamic communications and campaign professional to deliver engaging programmes across digital, social, internal, and event channels. The role involves leading content production, managing creative partners, coordinating stakeholder approvals, and overseeing multiple fast-paced projects to ensure high-quality delivery across all programme materials.

This role will be fully remote and initially average 2–3 days per week from June–December 2026, reducing to approximately 1–2 days per week thereafter.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and coordinate the communications and dissemination plan for programmes across internal, digital, social, and event channels
  • Manage campaign activity, content production, and communications assets across multiple online learning modules
  • Coordinate and manage external agencies across marketing, creative, design, and video production, ensuring delivery against timelines and briefs
  • Oversee video production and creative outputs, providing structured feedback and managing stakeholder approvals
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, formatting, and learner experience across all programme materials
  • Create and maintain supporting resources, toolkits, content libraries, and digital assets
  • Coordinate website and digital content updates related to the programme
  • Work closely with internal teams, partners, and funders to manage communications, approvals, and delivery activity
  • Proactively manage timelines, priorities, and multiple concurrent workstreams within a fast-paced environment
Required Experience

  • Proven experience managing agencies, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience delivering multi-channel communications campaigns including internal, social, digital, and events
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable reviewing and coordinating creative outputs including video, design, and digital assets
  • Ability to provide clear and structured feedback to agencies and stakeholders
  • Experience working within fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Experience using platforms/tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Umbraco, and InDesign
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable balancing strategic coordination with hands-on delivery activity
