Instinct is partnering with a global professional services organisation to support the growth of its Learning & Development function. With delivery spanning Europe and North America, the business runs a wide portfolio of in-person and virtual programmes designed to build capability across its international workforce.

Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Delivery Specialist to support the end-to-end management and delivery of learning programmes. Reporting into the Director of Learning & Delivery, you will play a critical role in ensuring programmes run seamlessly across multiple regions.

This is a hands-on delivery support role focused on operational excellence. You will manage programme logistics from initial set-up through to completion, acting as a key point of coordination across facilitators, platforms, venues, and internal stakeholders.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys owning the detail behind high-quality learning delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Programme & Delivery Management

  • End-to-end coordination of learning programmes across Europe
  • Maintaining training calendars and ensuring accurate system records.
  • Supporting virtual programme delivery.

Event & Logistics Management

  • Booking meeting rooms and managing venue logistics (London and New York key hubs).
  • Coordinating catering, materials, virtual links, and facilitator requirements.
  • Managing programme communications and responding to participant queries.
  • Ensuring smooth execution across all programme touchpoints.

Stakeholder & Team Support

  • Supporting the wider Learning Delivery team with operational tasks.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for L&D queries.
  • Flagging risks or challenges early and identifying practical solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Skillset Required
  • Experience within Learning & Development, events, or programme operations (professional services experience desirable).
  • Strong end-to-end programme management capability.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Comfortable working across time zones in a global environment.
The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing L&D team and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful learning experiences across an international organisation. The position offers flexibility (c.30 hours per week), exposure to global stakeholders, and the chance to embed yourself within a respected professional services environment.
