French Speaking Learning Designer

We’re working with a strategic learning design agency that specialises in creating digital learning experiences aimed at helping organisations with change, behaviour change, capability building, and embedding new ways of working.
Role
The client is bidding for a piece of work around ‘Sustainability’ with a high-end luxury retailer and are looking for a Learning Designer to support this process.
Person
The successful person will have:
- Fluency in French and English (native or near-native level) – written and spoken
- Knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning psychology
- Ability to create storyboards, scripts, and interactive content
