We’re partnering with one of our clients, a globally recognised law firm with offices across Asia, Europe and the U.S. Known for their high standards and complex legal work, they’re investing in digital adoption to ensure their people get the most from key systems and tools. With a strong global structure and growing focus on AI and legal tech, they’re looking for someone to lead adoption efforts and play a key role in shaping how digital tools are embedded across the business.

Role

As Digital Adoption Manager, you’ll take the lead in helping legal and business teams embrace the firm’s core systems and tools, including iManage, CoPilot, Litera, and a growing suite of AI-driven platforms. Working closely with global product and adoption leads, you’ll shape regional strategies, deliver training and engagement activity, and use data to understand what’s working and where adoption needs a boost. You’ll line-manage and act as a key voice for user needs across the firm’s digital change programmes. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can blend user insight, stakeholder influence and operational delivery.

Skillset Required
  • Digital Adoption Expertise: Proven experience driving adoption of enterprise systems and tools, with a strong grasp of user behaviours, engagement strategies, and change management approaches.
  • Legal or Professional Services Environment: Able to navigate complex, high-expectation environments and tailor adoption strategies to professionals.
  • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable with legal tech platforms such as iManage, Litera, CoPilot, and AI tools.
  • Data-Led Decision Making: Skilled at using system usage data, engagement metrics and user feedback to refine adoption strategies and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Clear, Credible Communication: Able to engage confidently with lawyers, senior stakeholders and IT teams, translating technical change into real-world benefits.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in line-managing or mentoring others, with the ability to develop capability, allocate work, and support performance.
  • Flexibility & Presence: Willing to be visibly present in the office 3+ days a week.
Rewards

This is a high-impact role in a globally respected firm, offering the chance to shape digital adoption across a key region. You’ll work at the heart of a supportive, well-resourced team, with strong global leadership and a clear mandate for change.
