Role

As a Consultant, you’ll apply modern, human-centred principles to create scalable, user-focused solutions that embed growth directly into the flow of work. You’ll work closely with clients to design and deliver end-to-end consulting projects that drive measurable impact. This role blends creativity with commercial acumen. At the same time, you’ll be confident in spotting opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling solutions in fast-paced corporate environments, with a target focus on technology areas such as AI and cybersecurity.

Skillset required:

• Performance Consulting: Ability to diagnose client challenges, shape solutions, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Consultative Selling & Commercial Awareness: Spotting opportunities and adding value through proactive client engagement.
• End-to-End Project Delivery: Experience working across the full consulting lifecycle – from research and scoping to design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively.
• Creativity and Design Thinking: Proven ability to apply human-centred design, UX principles, and creative problem-solving approaches to develop innovative solutions.
• Agility: Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and balancing multiple projects.
• Cybersecurity and AI knowledge
