We’re currently working with a global client who specialises in the aviation industry who are known for its focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and large-scale transformation initiatives across its workforce.
Role
Our client is currently looking for a pool of consultants who can take ownership of the discovery, design and delivery phases of various learning focused projects, leading stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to understand requirements, gather insights, and help shape the overall approach. They are exploring a mixture of virtual and face-to-face delivery, so some onsite presence will likely be required during the discovery stage.
Experience needed:
- Strong experience as a Learning & Development Consultant.
- Excellent in-person/virtual facilitation delivery.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate discovery and learning needs analysis activities.
- Experience working alongside or supporting change management initiatives.
- Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in designing and facilitating workshops.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective learning and capability solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong consulting and problem-solving capabilities.
