Learning Experience Designer

We are working with a leading global provider of premium education, operating a network of schools across multiple countries worldwide, renowned for academic excellence and innovative learning experiences.
They are looking to appoint a Learning Experience Designer, to focus on shaping the future of professional learning. Working within a dynamic instructional design team, the successful candidate will lead the creation of innovative, high impact online learning experiences that support strategic goals of the wider organisation. You will combine pedagogical insight, technical expertise, and design thinking to craft engaging, intuitive, and effective learning journeys.
This role will be hybrid, with 3 days per week in Central London.
Responsibilities
- Apply learning science, instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) and UX/UI principles to ensure learner-centred design.
- Create blended and digital learning content using tools like AI, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Elucidat.
- Collaborate with the Education Platform Director and Education team
- Apply agile methodologies for iterative design and development
- Align learning activities with strategic goals, incorporating impact measures
- Ensure quality assurance and best practice
This is a great opportunity to join a very well established education provider, and lead on the production of best practice templates for content creation.
