Company

We’re supporting a leading L&D solutions provider in the US who delivers high-impact training, performance consulting, and specialist talent to major organisations. They’re looking for two experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt facilitators to lead a series of continuous improvement programmes for senior operations leaders.

Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact continuous improvement programmes for senior operations leaders. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Facilitator, you’ll guide participants through practical Kaizen and process improvement workshops, both in-person and virtually. You’ll apply your expertise in Lean, Kaizen, and operational excellence to deliver structured, actionable training, coach teams on post-workshop implementation, and support leaders in identifying and resolving process inefficiencies. The role combines hands-on facilitation, mentoring, and problem-solving to help organisations embed sustainable improvements and achieve measurable operational outcomes.

Skillset required:
  • Instructional Design Expertise: Strong background in designing technically accurate learning journeys using frameworks such as ADDIE or DSAT, with a focus on coding, software development, and AI-enabled processes.
  • Lean & Six Sigma Expertise: Proven experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with the ability to design and deliver Kaizen workshops, process improvement initiatives, and operational excellence programmes.
  • Facilitation & Training: Strong facilitation skills to lead in-person and virtual sessions, guide teams through structured problem-solving, and support leaders in applying continuous improvement methods.
  • Process Improvement Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies in operations or service delivery contexts.
  • Coaching & Implementation Support: Ability to provide post-workshop guidance, monitor implementation, and ensure sustainable process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at working with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and diverse stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Operational Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies, develop actionable solutions, and measure impact.
Rewards

This is a unique opportunity to apply your Lean Six Sigma expertise and facilitation skills to a high-impact continuous improvement programme. You’ll work closely with senior operations leaders, deliver hands-on Kaizen workshops, and support real-world process improvements that drive measurable results. The role offers exposure to multiple client sites, the chance to influence organisational change, and the satisfaction of seeing tangible improvements implemented from your guidance
