Are you a creative learning professional who loves turning ideas into engaging digital experiences? We’re looking for a Learning Designer / Developer to join on a short-term contract, working across multiple projects for a global luxury retail environment.
You’ll combine instructional design expertise with hands-on development skills to produce high-quality eLearning that connects with diverse audiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creativity, flexibility, and delivering impactful learning solutions.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop interactive digital learning using Articulate Storyline.
- Apply instructional design principles to create learner-focused content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand and project goals.
- Manage multiple projects effectively while working remotely.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline (and other authoring tools a plus).
- Creative mindset with strong visual and UX sensibilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
