Competitive day rate via Umbrella / 3 Month Contract 1 day onsite in London Contract

Client

Our client is a leading global management consultancy; they are looking for an experienced L&D Programme Coordinator to join their high-performing operations team and support the delivery of large-scale learning programmes across the organisation.

The role sits within L&D Operations and offers the opportunity to work closely with Learning Specialists, senior stakeholders and wider business teams to shape, coordinate and deliver learning programmes from planning through to completion.

Role Overview

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Operations, Learning Programme Delivery or Programme Coordination to take ownership of the operational delivery of complex learning programmes.

You’ll be involved from the early stages of programme development, helping to translate learning requirements into effective delivery plans and ensuring programmes are well planned, scheduled and delivered.

You’ll coordinate facilitators, venues, technology, communications, resources and logistics, while managing multiple priorities and resolving operational issues to ensure an excellent learner experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Learning Specialists to translate learning objectives and programme requirements into effective delivery plans
  • Support the design and operational structure of learning programmes
  • Own the end-to-end operational delivery of global learning programmes
  • Manage programme planning, scheduling, logistics, resources and delivery requirements
  • Coordinate facilitators, venues, technology, materials and learner communications
  • Manage multiple workstreams, priorities, timelines and dependencies simultaneously
  • Support key in-person learning events and act as the operational lead on the day
Essential Experience
  • Experience within L&D Operations, Learning Programme Delivery, Programme Coordination or a similar operational role
  • Experience managing complex learning programmes, ideally within a large professional services or corporate environment
  • Strong programme planning, organisational and coordination skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating learning logistics, including scheduling, facilitators, venues and resources
  • Experience working with LMS or learning technology platforms such as Docebo

If you’re an experienced L&D professional with strong programme coordination skills and enjoy working across complex learning programmes, stakeholders and operational delivery, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing L&D team.
