Docebo Consultant (Technical)

Company

Instinct is working with a global managed learning services provider, delivering L&D consulting and learning technology solutions to major enterprises worldwide. They are expanding their consultant network to support growing demand for Docebo implementation work across the US, Canada and Europe.

Role

Technical consultants must have Strong background in Docebo middleware and integrations, proven experience building and implementing integrations (not just configuration) and hands-on delivery experience on live implementation projects.

Person

The successful person will have:

• A Docebo Pro Certification or be happy to go through this.
• Experience with Docebo technical configuration, including advanced platform configuration and administration.
• REST APIs, webhooks and integration with external systems.
• SSO & identity management
• Experience connecting Docebo with HR systems and automating user/data flows.
• Data migration – importing users, courses, learning records and other LMS data.
• Custom development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript or other relevant technologies where used to extend/customise the LMS.
• Automating processes such as user provisioning, enrolments, notifications or reporting.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing integration, authentication, data and platform issues.
• Experience producing integration specifications, configuration documentation and technical guides.
• Testing and troubleshooting defects and supporting production releases.
