Learning Technology Coordinator

Client

Our client is a leading organisation within the education and learning sector, supporting the delivery of high-quality learning across digital and in-person environments.

They are looking for an organised and detail-focused Learning Technology Coordinator to join their team and support the preparation, administration and quality checking of digital learning across their learning platforms.

The role will work closely with Learning & Curriculum, Service Delivery Operations and IT teams to ensure courses are set up correctly, content is maintained and learners have a smooth experience across online and live learning environments.

Role Overview

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in LMS administration, learning systems or digital learning coordination to take responsibility for the day-to-day preparation and maintenance of digital courses.

You’ll work with agreed templates and processes to set up courses, upload and manage learning content, maintain accurate records and trackers, carry out quality checks and support routine platform queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure courses within virtual learning environments using agreed templates and standards
• Apply key dates and maintain accurate course and content records
• Upload, replace and organise digital learning materials
• Ensure standard learning elements such as tests, feedback, badges and certificates are included where required
• Triage routine platform queries and provide support or escalate when necessary
• Liaise with course designers, developers, content specialists and curriculum managers to gather information and materials
• Review existing processes and suggest small improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency

Essential Experience

• Experience working with LMS, VLE or other online learning platforms
• Previous experience in an LMS Coordinator, LMS Administrator, Learning Systems, Learning Services or Digital Learning role
• Strong digital skills and confidence working across online platforms
