Learning Designer / Developer – 3-Month FTC

Are you a creative learning professional with a passion for designing engaging digital experiences? We’re looking for a Learning Designer / Developer to join on a 3-month fixed-term contract, working on a variety of exciting projects for a global luxury retail environment.

You’ll use your instructional design expertise and development skills to create high-quality digital learning that resonates with diverse audiences. This role is perfect for someone who combines creativity with technical know-how and thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven setting.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop interactive digital learning content using Articulate Storyline.
• Apply instructional design principles to create impactful, learner-focused experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand standards and objectives.
• Work across multiple projects, delivering on time and to a high standard.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline (and ideally other authoring tools).
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and user experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote setting.
