We’re looking for a Lead Learning Designer to support a major global organisation in the energy sector, designing and delivering leadership learning across international regions. This is a highly visible role with real influence. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys owning relationships, driving clarity, and turning complexity into impactful instructor-led learning.
Role
You’ll be the go-to learning design lead for assigned regions, working closely with stakeholders and SMEs to shape leadership programmes that land globally and work locally.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience as a Lead or Senior Learning Designer
- Proven expertise in instructor-led training, ideally within leadership development
- Confident facilitator and communicator, comfortable leading meetings and influencing others
- Experience working across global or multi-region environments
- Structured, organised approach to learning design and stakeholder management
- Comfortable pushing back, making decisions, and driving progress
- Experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise
