Instinct is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing innovator in the education technology space, helping institutions deliver world-class learning experiences through cutting-edge digital platforms. Our client is a forward-thinking, ambitious organisation that continually seeks new ways to evolve and enhance online learning. Following the exciting launch of a new integration between their learning platform and Canvas LMS, they’re expanding their team and seeking a Platform Implementation Specialist to help customers get the most out of this new solution.

This is a newly created position for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, learning design, and client engagement. You’ll act as a key product expert – supporting clients, advising internal teams, and helping institutions deliver outstanding online and blended learning experiences through Canvas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of both the company’s platform and Canvas LMS.
  • Support existing clients using the new Canvas-integrated product, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
  • Implement solutions for new customers, coordinating technical and pedagogical aspects of onboarding.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, often alongside the sales team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on best practice in digital course delivery and platform use.
  • Collaborate with marketingsales, and tech/product teams to provide domain expertise and help shape go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
You’ll work closely with:
  • Clients: including higher education institutions and professional learning providers.
  • Sales Team: co-presenting demos and offering product expertise during the sales cycle.
  • Marketing Team: contributing insight to support messaging, campaigns, and case studies.
  • Product & Technology Teams: sharing customer insights to guide product development and enhancements.
We’re looking for someone with a blend of technical confidence, communication skills, and EdTech know-how. You should have:
  • Deep expertise in Canvas LMS.
  • A background in online learning design, development, or delivery, ideally within higher education or corporate learning.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills – confident representing the product to clients and external audiences.
  • proactive, adaptable attitude with a focus on getting things done in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, start-up-style setting where responsibilities are broad and collaboration is key.
What’s on Offer
  • The opportunity to join a mission-driven EdTech company working with top-tier global education institutions.
  • strategic role influencing both product evolution and client success.
  • collaborative, forward-thinking team culture with autonomy and growth potential.
  • Competitive salary.
