We’re partnering with a UK-based public sector organisation undergoing a digital learning transformation. As part of a wider push to modernise systems and improve access to learning, they are investing in their learning platform and data capabilities.

Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing learning platform at a high-profile national organisation. You’ll use your learning systems expertise to lead the optimisation of their LMS/LXP, collaborating with learning designers, data teams, and stakeholders to improve usability, reporting, and learner engagement. From refining compliance journeys and notifications to developing dashboards and supporting system adoption, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of learning across a diverse and distributed workforce.

Skillset required
  • High-level Design Skills: Understand the whole early stages ID process and provide the design needed.
  • Learning System Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and optimising Learning Management Systems or LXPs (e.g. Stream, Learning Pool, Cornerstone), including user support, compliance, and reporting functionality.
  • Analytical & Insight Skills: Confident working with learning data to create meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights to inform decision-making and system improvements.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into user-friendly system solutions.
  • Problem Solving & Initiative: A proactive approach to identifying system improvements and resolving challenges, with a keen eye for streamlining processes and enhancing user experience.
  • Adaptability & Collaboration: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment, balancing day-to-day support with long-term strategic goals.
Reward

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a Learning Experience Platform at an influential not-for-profit organisation. You’ll play a key role in shaping how digital learning is delivered and accessed across the organisation, improving both user experience and strategic insight.
