Learning Experience Designer

Role

They are looking for a creative professional with strong technical expertise who can take the lead on creating training needs analysis and learning needs analysis.

The ideal candidate will excel at understanding learning requirements, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders, and designing a variety of learning solutions, including classroom training, bite-sized learning modules, and e-learning. You will also work closely with senior leaders across the organization.

Person

The successful person will have:

• Designing and developing engaging, modern learning experiences.
• Creating learner journeys and pathways tailored to organizational needs.
• Collaborating with change and project management teams.
• Utilizing tools such as Storyline, Rise, Synthesia, Vyond, Animator, and other innovative learning technologies.
