Learning Designer

Instinct is excited to be partnering with a leading provider of online qualifications and training for education professionals.

Role

In this Learning Designer role you will be responsible for:

• Creating classroom-based learning activities for teaching staff.
• Working as part of the learning team to assist in the design of 4 apprenticeships (for teaching professionals).
• Utilising your previous experience as a teacher to create engaging learning activities that contribute to the wider learner journey.
• Ensuring accreditation standards and requirements are met.

Person

The successful person will have:

• (MUST HAVE) Teaching experience and instructional/learning design experience.
• Experience designing classroom-based learning for schools.
• (Desirable) Experience managing teams of teachers/learning professionals.
• (Desirable) Experience using Articulate Storyline to develop digital learning modules (the preferred tool for our client’s digital learning offering).
• (Desirable) Experience working with children with special needs and/or disabilities or creating SEND-related content.

Rewards

A 5-month majority remote daily-rate contract Learning Designer opportunity working with a leading provider of qualifications and training for education professionals.
