Senior Learning Designer

I’m supporting a major global organisation with an urgent requirement for a Senior Learning Designer to lead on a high-profile accessibility compliance project. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a business-critical initiative within a well-established organisation.

Responsibilities

– Lead Learning Needs Analysis and define clear learning outcomes
– Design end-to-end learning journeys, including storyboards, interactive modules, and assessment strategies
– Develop e-learning content using Articulate Storyline
– Create supporting animations and visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite
– Collaborate with global SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance
– Manage feedback loops and iterative design cycles to ensure quality

Skills & Experience

– Proven end-to-end learning design expertise – analysis, design, build, and evaluation
– Strong instructional design capability, able to structure complex content into engaging learning experiences
– Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite
– Experience creating animations, visuals, and interactive learning elements
– Strong collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with international stakeholders
– Knowledge of accessibility principles and learner-centred design
