Day rate: £250 - £300 / 6 month contract London (Hybrid – approx. 3-4 days per month onsite) Contract

We’re partnering with a globally recognised, people-first consulting firm to appoint an experienced L&D Coordinator on an initial 6-month, day rate contract.

This organisation works at the forefront of strategy, digital, transformation and sustainability consulting, supporting clients across multiple sectors globally. This opportunity sits within a high-performing, forward-thinking L&D team and would suit someone who enjoys operational ownership, stakeholder interaction, and working in a fast-paced professional services environment.

As L&D Coordinator, you’ll act as a central operational hub for learning activity across the business. You’ll ensure training programmes run smoothly from scheduling through to delivery, while maintaining a high standard of communication and organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating and scheduling a busy learning curriculum across multiple programmes
  • Managing the L&D inbox and acting as first point of contact for queries
  • Administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Owning the central training calendar and ensuring data accuracy
  • Managing end-to-end logistics for events (venues, meeting rooms, materials, catering, virtual links, etc.)
  • Providing in-session support for core internal programmes (London presence approx. twice per month)
  • Supporting continuous improvement across L&D operations, identifying efficiencies and enhancements where possible
  • Proactively managing risks, deadlines and stakeholder expectations
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous operations, HR, or Learning & Development experience
  • Experience within professional services or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace
  • Confident stakeholder communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with an LMS (desirable but not essential)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine interest in L&D

If you’re an L&D operations professional looking to gain exposure within a globally respected consultancy environment, this is an excellent opportunity to deepen your experience in a collaborative and high-performing team.
