Role
We are looking for a Digital Learning Designer to create engaging digital learning experiences that build capability, performance, and confidence across the organisation. This role involves designing virtual classrooms, self-paced modules, and blended learning journeys, enabling employees to learn anytime, anywhere.
Experience required
- Ability to design clear, outcome-driven eLearning aligned with business goals.
- Comfortable using authoring tools, LMS platforms, AI, and analytics dashboards.
- Ability to translate complex content into engaging, story-based learning.
- Clear, confident communicator
- Builds productive relationships with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in running engaging virtual classrooms and webinars or acting as a moderator to online discussions
- Uses analytics to measure effectiveness and inform improvements.
- Explores new trends including AI, gamification, and microlearning.
