Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our client on a transformative learning and development initiative. They are seeking a Senior Blended Learning Designer to shape and design innovative programmes, combining face-to-face and online learning. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to create engaging mock-up sessions and materials, ensuring all content is impactful, learner-focused, and aligned with leadership and future skills development goals. Using your expertise in instructional design and digital tools, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, tailored solutions within set timelines.

Skillset required:

• Instructional Design Expertise: Extensive experience designing blended learning programmes, workshops, and mock-ups, with a focus on leadership, future skills.
• Blended Learning Mastery: Proven ability to create and combine face-to-face and online training sessions, designing impactful and interactive learning experiences.
• Teaching and Learning Philosophies: Ideally a background in teaching (PGCE or equivalent), with a solid understanding of learning theories and approaches tailored for executive and leadership training.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to developing content and workshops that meet client requirements, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with public sector needs.
• Digital Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with tools and platforms for content design and development, such as PowerPoint, and a working knowledge of creating frameworks for impactful multimedia learning experiences.
