Instinct are currently working with our client, a leading learning solutions vendor, to help find them a Learning Manager to join their organization.
About the company
Our client is a provider of learning solutions. They have found massive success in the automotive sector, becoming a leading learning provider for their globally renowned automotive customers.
The role
As Learning Manager, you will be responsible for the management of members of the content production team, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated to meet deadlines for the creation of customers learning.
You will also be responsible for quality assurance of the content being produced by the team and generally supporting the head of content creation, who you will be reporting in to.
What you’ll need
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing teams of instructional designers and developers.
- Proven experience in resource allocation and quality assurance for the production of learning content.
- Nice to have: agency background / experience producing learning content for a paying customer.
The Rewards
As well as the opportunity to work within a leading learning solutions vendor, you will also be working fully remotely on a salary of up to £55,000.
