Role
The Learning Experience Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping innovative, engaging, and impactful learning solutions that align with the client’s mission to empower organisations and individuals to thrive in a rapidly changing world. This role ensures that every learning experience – whether digital, blended, or in-person – is designed to deliver measurable outcomes, foster capability development, and create a culture of continuous learning.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience working across the end-to-end learning design process
• Proven expertise in managing client relationships and stakeholders
• Confident facilitator and communicator, comfortable leading meetings and influencing others
• Comfortable working with modern learning platforms, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise), and AI-driven design aids
• Designs with purpose – every module, product, and blended programme is tied to clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and learner engagement strategies.
