Instinct are currently working with our client, a champion for equality in the workplace, to help find a L&D Sales Manager to join their esteemed organization.

Our client is a passionate advocate in the fight for equality in the workplace. They are experts in ensuring their customers organizations have the education and tools they need to effectively ensure equality in their workplaces.
The role
As the L&D Sales Manager, you will utilize your strong knowledge of leadership development, corporate learning and ed tech to drive and deliver scalable revenue through our clients B2B products, including corporate memberships and L&D packages.
You will also be responsible for developing a cohesive strategy that ensures our clients commercial goals are met or exceeded, building and leading the team and processes that will enable this.
What you’ll need
The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years of successful B2B sales in L&D, coaching, leadership development, or ed tech enterprise solutions is a must.
- Proven experience as a self-starter with a commercial mindset, consistently surpassing sales targets in a relevant sector and an extensive network of client relationships.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams to create strategic, scalable customer acquisition funnels for a personalized experience and robust pipeline.
