We’re working with a long-standing client of ours who specialises in the global learning and talent development space. They specialise in delivering corporate learning solutions, managed training services, and digital learning transformation for large multinational organisations.
Role
Our client is currently experiencing an increase in demand for Certified Docebo consultants to work with their end clients and support end-to-end LMS implementation.
Person
The successful person will have:
- A Docebo Pro Certification (candidates without will not be considered)
- End-to-end implementation experience (discovery → configuration → integration → deployment)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working within certified partner environments
- Ability to operate independently at mid to senior level
- Assess learning needs and define LMS implementation plan.
- Configure LMS: users, courses, workflows, and integrations.
- Upload and manage content; ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance.
- Test system end-to-end and train admins & users.
- Monitor adoption, optimise processes, and provide ongoing support.
