An international education organisation is seeking an experienced Curriculum & Learning Experience Designer to support the development of high-quality learning materials for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). This role is ideal for a languages specialist with direct IBDP Language B experience in both French and Spanish, combined with strong learning or instructional design capability.
Key Requirements (Essential):
- Hands-on experience with IBDP Language B in both French B and Spanish B
- Teaching, curriculum design, instructional design, or assessment design experience accepted
- Experience must be at Language B (acquisition) level – not Language A or ab initio only
- Strong understanding of IBDP Language B subject guides, assessment objectives, and progression
- Experience designing or contributing to high-quality learning materials
- Confidence working with educational standards and frameworks
- Strong professional English communication skills
About the Role:
- Act as a subject matter expert for IBDP French B and Spanish B
- Translate IB standards into engaging, pedagogically sound learning experiences
- Contribute to curriculum-aligned content design and quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including curriculum, product, and AI content specialists
- Support scalable, future-focused learning design in a digital-first environment
Background & Experience
- Degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in IBDP Languages education
- Teaching and/or learning design experience at secondary or diploma level
- Interest in innovative, technology-enhanced or AI-supported learning design
