Instinct is working with a successful learning, training, and workforce development organisation that provides learning for commercial and government programmes.
Their end client is looking to implement SharePoint for document management. The solution will also be required to link to other systems such as Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps and other Microsoft 365 services.
Role
The main responsibilities of this contract are to scope, design, develop and implement a modern SharePoint Online solution that delivers a professional, visually engaging and user-friendly experience whilst meeting governance, security, compliance and business requirements. The role is responsible for delivering a scalable platform for employee communications, service updates, document management and collaboration.
Person
The successful person will have:
- Design and build SharePoint Online sites, pages, and navigation structures.
- Develop intuitive, visually appealing, and mobile-responsive user experiences aligned to corporate branding.
- Create and implement information architecture, metadata, content types and document management structures.
- Where applicable, configure security, permissions and access controls in line with governance and compliance requirements.
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Develop automated workflows for approvals, notifications, and business processes.
- Implement governance, retention, and information management controls.
- Produce technical documentation, user guides and administration procedures.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing, training, and user adoption activities.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing integration, authentication, data and platform issues.
- Experience producing integration specifications, configuration documentation and technical guides.
- Testing and troubleshooting defects and supporting production releases.
