AI Trainers (Dutch Speaking)

The Client is a global corporate learning organisation that provides online training, digital skills development, and professional certification programmes for organisations worldwide.

The Role

We’re supporting our client as they deliver a large-scale AI enablement programme for a major financial services client.

The programme is designed to upskill more than 80,000 employees across business, technical, operational, and leadership functions through a series of virtual AI learning pathways.

This is a high-volume delivery environment, with multiple cohorts running concurrently and trainers facilitating large-scale virtual sessions across a range of AI capability levels.

The programme consists of five key learning tracks:

• Track 0 – Essentials: AI activation and baseline enablement
• Track 1 – Customer Facing: AI adoption within customer engagement and advisory workflows
• Track 2 – Enabling Functions: AI enablement across operational and support functions
• Track 3 – Build & Deploy: Technical AI implementation and experimentation capability
• Track 4 – Leadership: AI governance, leadership, and transformation enablement

Delivery Environment

• Deliver 2–3 virtual sessions per day
• Multiple tracks running simultaneously
• Up to 20 sessions per day across the wider programme
• Cohorts ranging from technical workshops to large-scale sessions of up to 1,000 learners
• Supported by facilitators, SMEs, and programme champions
• Fully developed facilitator materials provided
• Focus on delivery, facilitation, engagement, and in-session adaptation

Essential Experience

• Experience delivering AI training, workshops, or enablement programmes
• Strong virtual facilitation skills
• Experience managing large learner cohorts
• Ability to tailor delivery for business, technical, and leadership audiences
• Comfortable delivering within high-volume learning environments
• Dutch language skills highly desirable (approximately 75% of delivery), with some sessions potentially delivered in English, Spanish, or Portuguese
