This is a senior leadership role sitting at the intersection of learning product strategy, content production, and market growth. You will own the roadmap for German learning products, lead the content production team, and build scalable, AI-enabled learning operations that support rapid growth in the German market.

The Role

As Head of Learning – Germany, you will take full ownership of the German learning portfolio, from market research and product strategy through to content production, quality assurance, and performance optimisation.

You will lead a team of content producers and collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and learning teams across Germany and the UK to ensure the delivery of high-quality, market-relevant learning programmes.

A key focus of the role will be building and refining an AI-enabled content production pipeline to scale learning content efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.

  • Oversee the design, development, and launch of German learning programmes
  • Ensure high quality across curriculum, learning assets, and programme delivery
  • Analyse learner feedback, performance metrics, and market signals to iterate and improve programmes
  • Support sales and enablement teams with learning product expertise

AI-Enabled Content Production

  • Lead the development of scalable, AI-supported content production processes
  • Define and manage “human-in-the-loop” production workflows
  • Drive the adoption of automation to enhance team capability and operational efficiency

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of learning content producers and asset creators
  • Build and manage a network of external vendors and subject-matter experts
  • Create a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to align learning offerings with market demand
  • Work closely with UK learning teams to ensure alignment and scalability
  • Act as a key internal expert on the German technology learning market
Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of learning product leadership, operational delivery, and strategic thinking, ideally within an EdTech or high-growth technology environment.

Key experience includes:

  • Significant experience in learning product strategy, content operations, or programme management
  • Proven experience owning learning portfolios or product roadmaps
